Multiple Data sources 
You can choose from multiple data sources such as Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, SQL Server, Access, Oracle, or any ODBC or OLEDB data sources as well as from your Outlook contacts folders. Simply enter the connection criteria, select a table or view, and you are ready to send your mailing.

Personalise Messages with Dynamic Fields
With Puppymail you have an unlimited number of Dynamic Fields. You can insert dynamic fields from the data source and insert them into the body of the email. Each recipient will receive a customized email message: “Dear Mr. Smith…” instead of the unfriendly “Dear customer…”. These fields are updated at runtime so that each email is personalised.

Powerful Mailing List Manager
Add imported contacts to new or existing mailing lists to help you better organise your campaign. Puppymail stores these mailing lists so that you don't have to import the contacts each time.

Powerful Data filter
Allows you to select a very specific subset of contacts based on specific criteria. You can then add that subset to a new mailing lists for more targetted compaigns.

Use Outlook or a custom SMTP server
You can use your existing Outlook account OR use a custom SMTP server to send out your compaigns.

Automatic retrieval of Bounce Backs, Subscriptions and Unsubscriptions 
Automatically downloads and recognizes bounce-backs and processes subscription / unsubscription requests from a specific server or from Outlook and updates mailing lists accordingly. Having a “clean” list is crucial for fast sending and not being tagged as a spammer by mistake.

Embed OR upload images to a webserver
Uploading images creates smaller emails but at the risk of the images being blocked for security reasons. Puppymail gives you the choice of embedding images inside the email (larger email size) or uploading the images to Puppymail's Image Server creating a link to them instead. Puppymail takes care of everything: uploading the images and adjusting the image source html so that the image is displayed correctly, regardless of the image display option chosen.

Professional activity logs for compliance
Puppymail creates an activity log for each mailing you send out enabling you to keep track of historical activity. You can see how many emails successfully reached their recipients and how many failed so that you can either resend the mailing or remove invalid contacts from your database.

Blocked Recipients list
Add failed emails to the blocked recipients list or have Puppymail automatically add bounced emails to the list for you. Puppymail will also purge your mailing lists of blocked emails at your request.
